Theory that is still there after LIA

Courses from your programme material, reviews that keep going through workplace periods, and certificates employers can check.

What you’re up against

Built with employers, judged at work

YH programmes lead people into jobs. What learners carry with them is what counts.

Theory has to survive LIA

Weeks at a workplace can sit between a lesson and the day it’s needed.

Material moves with the industry

Programmes change with employers. Courses have to be quick to update.

More than attendance

The management group and the agency want to see what learners can do.

How Origin helps · the 3P method

Before, during and after. From the classroom to the job.

Through LIA, and out into work

Learning keeps going at the workplace, and ends in a certificate employers can check.

What happens during LIA?
Munin keeps going. Short reviews arrive on the phone or by email, timed to when each topic starts to fade, and never during quiet hours.
Can we update a course when the industry changes?
Yes. Upload the new material and let Origin AI draft new lessons. Nothing reaches a learner until a teacher approves it.
Can employers check a certificate?
Every certificate carries a QR code and a verification link anyone can check. Reminders go out before a certificate needs renewing.
What can we show the management group?
Completions, results and certificates are recorded as they happen and export when asked. Email reports can land in their inbox on a schedule.
